Inside sales candidates will go through a training program to familiarize them with all departments within Eastway Supplies, Inc. This will give you a clear, working knowledge of the distribution channel and the complete sales process.

Job Responsibilities

• placing orders: delivery, pick up, special non-stock and direct ship
• maintain customer relationships via phone and email
• provide back-up assistance to outside sales force
• manage product, delivery and invoice questions
• buy quotes – daily requests and large, bulk purchase estimates
• provide pricing, specification and availability information
• bid quotes to customers for budget/estimating purpose
